Happy Birthday Friend

I made this for a stampin friend. It was so simple, I sort of felt bad giving it to her, but I had these Accents & Elements Die Cut Build a Flowers in her favorite color and I have really been wanting to use them. I've had them for awhile, they are now retired - one of my pet peeves is buying something and then not using it. I found the card idea on SCS & I just really liked it! The decorated envelope is also shown here.
