Isn't she adorable? I found this on Linda Heller's blog yesterday morning. She is a fellow Stampin Up (aka SU) demonstrator and is so talented!
The hat is made from Orchid Opulence, Kiwi Kiss, Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock using the Large Oval & Star Punches, 1/4" 1/8" and 1/16" handheld punches.
Punch the large oval, fold in half, then unfold it and cut an opening in the fold line using an Exacto Knife. Cut just enough for the point to slide thru. Punch out the star, cut off all points except one and adhere a strip of Pumpkin Pie grosgrain ribbon around it.
Adhere her face under the brim of the hat. Punch out the eyes using 1/4" and 1/8" Handheld Punches and adhere. Using the fine point of the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker, draw a mean smile and eyebrows. Punch out another large star using Kiwi Kiss and cut one of the points in half to use for her nose. Adhere. Don't forget to add the wart. I used Basic Black cardstock.
For her hair, I took a piece of Black 1/4" grosgrain ribbon. At one of the ends, start pulling one of the threads, keep pulling till you get almost to the top. You want to leave a little bit.
